step 3: complete The Conflux Lost Sector (located in the Cistern directly north of Well of Flame)
step 4: slot new rune
step 5: generate orbs of light, collect xp (can be done from clan xp bounties), complete challenge (i.e flashpoint or any other milestone)
step 6: locate chest in Well of Flame (drop down big well shaft its hiding behind rock glowing really easy to spot)
step 7: slot rune into chalice
step 8: return to Werner on barge for additional bounties and such
step 9: complete Menagerie (its takes like 20 minutes or so depending on team efficiency)
step 10: visit werner
step 11: collect chest reward from barge
