Guardian Games is back and with It returns and brings the new exotic machine gun Heir Apparent this time it comes back with a new catalyst to improve the abilities and capabilities of the weapon. The catalyst adds the ability to reload the magazine upon the breaking of the protective over shield, allowing you to continue firing on your enemies for much longer! Guardian games is an Olympic-style event but held in Destiny. This limited-time event has each class that we have played with for years go head to head. The hunters, titans, and warlocks fight it out to be the winners of this yearly held event. The winners will have their statue held in the tower for the remainder of the year holding their glory over the other the other classes! This new exotic machine gun comes with a perk that allows the guardians to generate a protective over shield via charging the weapon like a Cabal Colossus which gives a large resistance to any incoming damage. The machine gun itself is unique as it doesn’t actually have a scope unlike most Destiny 2 exotic weapons instead it is a machine gun that spins up and causes massive damage, purchasing your Heir Apparent Catalyst boost today will allow you to acquire this powerful new exotic adding it to your arsenal of powerful weapons. Unlocking the exotic weapon entails doing a long quest which involves collecting laurels which are a class-specific drop for killing enemies of the light by using abilities and your super to progress the quest. This year also entails a step that requires you to get 100 machine gun kills before getting the weapon to drop. Last year Titans won the guardian games and Zavala had the golden titan statue next to him for the whole year.
